25A Referral of complaints by Information Commissioner and Ombudsman (1) This section applies if a complaint is referred to the Commissioner by: (a) the Information Commissioner under section 108 of the Information Act 2002; or (b) the Ombudsman under section 32 of the Ombudsman Act 2009. (2) The Commissioner must deal with the complaint as if it had been made under this Act.
