21 Reference by Legislative Assembly (1) The Legislative Assembly may refer to the Commissioner any matter relating to a health service or community service. (2) As soon as practicable after a matter is referred under subsection (1), the Commissioner must investigate the matter and make a report to the Speaker on the investigation.
