107 Transitional (1) This Act applies to a health service or community service provided within 2 years before the commencement of this Act. (2) A complaint in respect of a health service or community service referred to in subsection (1) that would otherwise be out of time may be accepted by the Commissioner if, in his or her opinion, it is made within a reasonable time after the commencement of this Act.
