106 Review of operations of Act (1) The Minister must cause a review and report to be made on the operation of this Act as soon as practicable after the expiration of 2 years after the commencement of this Act and then at intervals not longer than 5 years. (2) The report must contain recommendations as to whether amendments to this Act or the Regulations are necessary or desirable.
