77 Sharing information with 3rd parties (1) This section applies if— (a) the CEO of a health facility makes a decision, under section 69 or section 70, to amend or withdraw the scope of clinical practice of a practitioner; and (b) a person asks for information about the decision. (2) The CEO may give the person information about the decision, but may not disclose the identity of the practitioner or any other sensitive information.
