72 CEO may give information about decision to health facility outside ACT (1) If the CEO of a health facility makes a decision under section 69 or section 70 to amend or withdraw the scope of clinical practice of a practitioner, the CEO may tell the CEO of a health facility that is outside the ACT (the other CEO) about the amendment or withdrawal. (2) However, the CEO may not tell the other CEO about the amendment or withdrawal, unless the other CEO asks, in writing, for information about the scope of clinical practice of the practitioner.
