54 What is scope of clinical practice? scope of clinical practice, of a practitioner for a health facility, means the rights of the practitioner established by agreement between the practitioner and the health facility— (a) to treat patients or carry out other procedures at the health facility; or (b) to use the equipment or other facilities of the health facility.
