130 Review of decisions (1) A practitioner for a health facility may apply to the ACAT for review of a decision of the CEO of the health facility under section 69— (a) to amend or withdraw the scope of clinical practice of the practitioner; or (b) to amend the terms of engagement of the practitioner; or (c) to suspend or end the engagement of the practitioner. (2) An applicant under section 84 may apply to the ACAT for review of a decision of the Minister to refuse approval of a medical facility, or a part of a medical facility, to carry out surgical abortions.
