8 Mixtures of wastes
(1) A mixture of wastes, being a mixture for which there is no individual entry in Appendix 3 or Appendix 4 of the OECD Decision, is subject to the control procedures set out in this regulation. (2) A mixture of wastes, each subject to the green control procedure, is subject to the green control procedure if the composition of the mixture does not impair its environmentally sound recovery. (3) A mixture of a waste or wastes subject to the green control procedure and more than a trivial amount of a waste subject to the amber control procedure is subject to the amber control procedure if the composition of the mixture does not impair its environmentally sound recovery. (4) A mixture of wastes, each subject to the amber control procedure, is subject to the amber control procedure if the composition of the mixture does not impair its environmentally sound recovery.
