28A Period for making a decision on a permit application—extension agreed with applicant
(1) The decision period for an application for a special transit permit is extended if the Minister and applicant agree in writing to the extension. (2) The Minister must give written notice of any extension under subregulation (1) to the competent authority of the OECD country from which the waste is to be exported as soon as practicable.
