#### 58 Statement to accompany notification of decision (1) Where a decision of a kind referred to in section 57 is made and a written notice of the decision is given to a person whose interests are affected by the decision, the notice must include: (a) a statement to the effect that application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal under the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 for review of the decision; and (b) a statement to the effect that a person who is entitled to apply to the Administrative Review Tribunal for the review of a decision may, under section 268 of that Act, request a statement of reasons (within the meaning of that Act). (3) A contravention of subsection (1) in relation to a decision does not affect the validity of the decision.
