#### 26G Notice of variation If the Minister makes a decision in relation to an application to vary a Basel permit, the Minister must give the holder of the permit a written notice stating the following: (a) whether the permit is to be varied; (b) if the decision is that the permit is to be varied—the day the variation is to take effect; (c) if the decision is that the permit is not to be varied: (i) the reasons for the decision; and (ii) information about the holder’s right to seek review of the decision.
