#### 19 Applicants to be notified of decisions (1) If the Minister decides to grant a Basel permit, the Minister must give the permit to the applicant as soon as practicable after making the decision. (2) If the Minister decides not to grant a Basel permit, the Minister must give the applicant a written statement setting out the decision and the reasons for it as soon as practicable after making the decision. (3) A contravention of this section in relation to a decision does not affect the validity of the decision.
