14Variation of applications for Basel permits

#### 14 Variation of applications for Basel permits (1) An applicant for a Basel permit may, at any time before the Minister has decided whether to grant the permit, give the Minister a notice stating that the permit application is varied as set out in the notice. (2) The notice must: (a) be in the form approved by the Minister; and (b) set out, or be accompanied by, such information relating to the variation as is required by the form. (3) If the Minister receives a notice under subsection (1) from the applicant: (a) the application is to be taken to have been varied in accordance with the notice; and (b) the application, as varied, is to be taken to have been received by the Minister on the day on which the Minister received the notice.
