(1) Must meet the general requirements for signs.
(2) 1 sign per street/road frontage.
(3) Maximum area—2.5m2.
(4) Maximum height—2m.
(5) Must be within the boundary of the advertised property.
(6) Must be removed within 14 days after the premises or land is sold or let.
