21 Use of land at 172 Commercial Road, Vineyard
(1) This clause applies to Lots 2 and 3, DP 229135, 172 Commercial Road, Vineyard.
(2) Development for the purposes of depots and warehouse or distribution centres is permitted with development consent.
(3) Development consent must not be granted unless the consent authority is satisfied the gross floor area of all buildings used for the purposes of depots and warehouse or distribution centres on the land will be less than 8,000m2.
(4) This clause does not apply to a development application lodged after 28 February 2027.
