> > (1) If the Appeal Panel is required to hear an appeal, the principal member must constitute the Appeal Panel in accordance with this section.
>
> > (2) More than 1 Appeal Panel may be constituted at the same time.

> > (3) The Appeal Panel must comprise—

> > > (a) the convenor of the Appeal Panel, and
> >
> > > (b) at least 2 other members.
