#### 27F Review of penalty for offence 27F Review of penalty for offence > > (1) The Minister is to review the penalty imposed by section 27D(3) to determine whether the level of the penalty remains valid and appropriate for securing the objectives of this Division. > > > (2) The review is to be undertaken as soon as possible after the period of 3 years from the commencement of that section. > > > (3) A report on the outcome of the review is to be tabled in each House of Parliament within 12 months after the end of the period of 3 years. > > **pt 3, div 4 (ss 27A–27F):** Ins 2019 No 12, Sch 1\[2\].
