Part 13—Application of Navigation Act 2012 and International Conventions 81—Application of Navigation Act 2012 The regulations may apply the Navigation Act 2012 of the Commonwealth or specified provisions of that Act (subject to exclusions, adaptations and modifications set out in the regulations) to vessels in the jurisdiction or to the owners and crews of such vessels. 82—Agreement between the Commonwealth and the State The Governor may arrange with the Governor-General of the Commonwealth— (a) for the carrying out on behalf of the State of functions under this Act by officers of the Commonwealth; or (b) for the carrying out on behalf of the Commonwealth of functions under the Navigation Act 2012 of the Commonwealth by officers of the State.
