3 Definitions
(1) In this Act, unless the context or subject matter otherwise indicates or requires—
Indictment includes any information presented or filed as provided by law for the prosecution of offences.
Judge means a Judge of the Supreme Court or the District Court.
Regulations means regulations made under this Act.
