64 Request for accounts—enduring powers of attorney
The public advocate or the public trustee and guardian (the requestor)
may, by written notice given to a person who is or has been an
attorney under an enduring power of attorney, require the person to
give the requestor stated books, accounts or other records of
transactions carried out by the person for the principal under the
power of attorney.
