32L Protection of health professional from liability
No action or proceeding, civil or criminal, lies against a health
professional in relation to reliance by the health professional, in good
faith, on consent given by—
(a) a health attorney for a protected person; or
(b) a person the health professional believes on reasonable grounds
is a health attorney for a protected person.
