### 84 Annual report of Public Guardian > > (1) [*\[Section 84 Subsection (1) amended by No. 18 of 2021, s. 163, Applied:05 Nov 2021\]*](/view/html/inforce/2021-11-05/act-2021-018#GS163@EN) The Public Guardian must, in respect of each financial year prepare an annual report specifying – > > > > > > (a) a report of the administration of this Act during the financial year; and > > > > > > > (b) financial statements for the financial year – > > > > and must furnish the Minister with the report and statements before the following 30 September. > > > (2) The Minister must cause the report and statements received under [subsection (1)](#GS84@Gs1@EN) to be laid before each House of Parliament within 14 sitting days of that House after that receipt.
