77 Powers of courts
(1) [Section 77 Subsection (1) amended by No. 18 of 2021, s. 159, Applied:05 Nov 2021] If, in any proceedings before a court, the court considers that a party may need to have a guardian or administrator or both appointed under this Act, the court may refer the issue to the Tribunal for its determination.
(2) [Section 77 Subsection (2) amended by No. 18 of 2021, s. 159, Applied:05 Nov 2021] A referral under this section has effect as if an application had been made to the Tribunal under this Act.
