### 62 Power of administrator to act until notice of discharge
> > (1) [*\[Section 62 Subsection (1) amended by No. 18 of 2021, s. 151, Applied:05 Nov 2021\]*](/view/html/inforce/2021-11-05/act-2021-018#GS151@Hpa@EN) Where the Tribunal has received information otherwise than from the administrator that a represented person has died or has ceased to be a represented person, the Tribunal must forthwith give notice of that fact to the administrator.
