### 61 Application by administrator for advice, &c.
> > (1) [*\[Section 61 Subsection (1) amended by No. 18 of 2021, s. 150, Applied:05 Nov 2021\]*](/view/html/inforce/2021-11-05/act-2021-018#GS150@Hpa@EN) An administrator may apply to the Tribunal for advice or directions on any matter relating to the scope of an administration order or the exercise of any power by the administrator under it.

> > (5) An administrator who contravenes a direction given to him or her under this section is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
