59 Powers of investment
[Section 59 Amended by No. 18 of 2021, s. 148, Applied:05 Nov 2021] An administrator may, with the consent of the Tribunal and notwithstanding the Trustee Act 1898 –
(a) retain any investment, whether or not it is a trustee investment; and
(b) [Section 59 Amended by No. 18 of 2021, s. 148, Applied:05 Nov 2021] invest in any investment specified by the Tribunal, whether or not it is a trustee investment.
