### 31 Application by guardian to Board for advice or direction
> > (1) [*\[Section 31 Subsection (1) amended by No. 18 of 2021, s. 130, Applied:05 Nov 2021\]*](/view/html/inforce/2021-11-05/act-2021-018#GS130@Hpa@EN) A guardian may apply for advice or direction by the Tribunal on any matter relating to the scope of the guardianship order or the exercise of any power by the guardian under the guardianship order.

> > (5) A guardian who contravenes a direction given to him or her under this section is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
