22 Alternative guardians
(1) [Section 22 Subsection (1) amended by No. 21 of 2023, s. 12, Applied:01 Sep 2024] A guardianship order, other than an order appointing the Public Guardian as a guardian, may appoint a person to be an alternative guardian for the represented person.
(2) [Section 22 Subsection (2) amended by No. 21 of 2023, s. 12, Applied:01 Sep 2024] During the absence or incapacity of the guardian for a represented person, the alternative guardian of that person has the functions of his or her guardian.
