### 18 Delegation
> > (1) The Public Guardian may in writing –

> > > > (a) delegate to a person appointed under [section 16](#GS16@EN) any of the functions or powers of the Public Guardian, other than this power of delegation; and

> > > > (b) revoke wholly or partly a delegation.

> > (2) A delegation –

> > > > (a) may be made either generally or as otherwise provided by the instrument of delegation; and
