17 Investigations
(1) The Public Guardian may investigate complaints and allegations concerning the actions of a guardian or administrator or a person acting or purporting to act under an enduring power of attorney.
(1A) [Section 17 Subsection (1A) inserted by No. 15 of 2021, s. 10, Applied:21 Nov 2022] The Public Guardian may, of its own motion or following a complaint or allegation, investigate any matter relating to action taken or proposed to be taken in relation to an advance care directive.
