14 Public Guardian and Deputy Public Guardian
[Section 14 Amended by No. 86 of 2000, Sched. 1, Applied:01 May 2001] Subject to and in accordance with the State Service Act 2000 , persons are to be appointed as the Public Guardian and the Deputy Public Guardian and those persons may hold those offices in conjunction with State Service employment.
