#### 6J Tribunal’s review of appointment 6J Tribunal’s review of appointment > > (1) The Tribunal— > > > > > (a) may, on its own motion, and > > > > > (b) must, at the request of any person who, in the opinion of the Tribunal, has a genuine concern for the welfare of the appointor, > > > > review the appointment (or purported appointment) of an enduring guardian. > > > (2) Before carrying out the review, the Tribunal must cause a notice specifying the date on which, and the time and place at which, the Tribunal will carry out the review to be served on each party to the review. > > > (3) The Tribunal may, by order, suspend the appointment (or purported appointment) of the enduring guardian until the Tribunal takes action under section 6K (1). > > > (4) A failure to serve notice in accordance with this section does not vitiate the decision of the Tribunal on the review. > > **s 6J:** Ins 1997 No 49, Sch 1 \[9\].
