#### 31D Tribunal may give directions 31D Tribunal may give directions > > (1) After conducting a hearing into any application made under this Part, the Tribunal may give directions as to the adoption information actions that may be taken on behalf of the person with a disability. > > > (2) In considering such an application, the Tribunal is to have regard to— > > > > > (a) the views (if any) of— > > > > > > > (i) the person with a disability, and > > > > > > > (ii) the applicant, and > > > > > (b) the objects of the [Adoption Act 2000](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2000-075). > > > (3) If the Tribunal gives a direction under this section, it is to cause a copy of the direction to be forwarded to the Public Guardian. > > **s 31D:** Ins 1995 No 61, Sch 2.
