#### 101 Disclosure of information
101 Disclosure of information
> A person shall not disclose any information obtained in connection with the administration or execution of this Act unless the disclosure is made—
>
> > (a) with the consent of the person from whom the information was obtained,
>
> > (b) in connection with the administration or execution of this Act or the [Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-002),
>
> > (c) for the purposes of any legal proceedings arising out of this Act or the [Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-002) or of any report of any such proceedings,
>
> > (d) in accordance with a requirement imposed under the [Ombudsman Act 1974](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1974-068), or
>
> > (e) with other lawful excuse.

> Maximum penalty—10 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months, or both.
