6 Appropriation for the purposes of loan guarantee liabilities
(1) The Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated for the purposes of meeting any liabilities that the Commonwealth incurs under guarantees granted under section 5. (2) The total amount appropriated under subsection (1) must not exceed $20 billion.
