6 Transfer of assets, rights and liabilities of dissolved development corporation

6 Transfer of assets, rights and liabilities of dissolved development corporation

(1) Despite clause 3 (1) (d) of Schedule 1A to the Act, on and from the dissolution of the Central Coast Regional Development Corporation on 1 November 2018 by the relevant order—

(a) the assets, rights and liabilities of the development corporation are transferred to the Hunter and Central Coast Development Corporation, as renamed by the relevant order, and

(b) Part 2 of Schedule 1A to the Act applies to the transfer of those assets, rights and liabilities as if the transfer had been effected by the commencement of the relevant order.

(2) In this clause—

relevant order means the Growth Centres (Development Corporations) Amendment (Hunter and Central Coast Development Corporation) Order 2018.
