#### 27 Investments 27 Investments > A corporation may invest money held by it— > > > (a) if the corporation is a GSF agency for the purposes of Part 6 of the [Government Sector Finance Act 2018](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2018-055)—in any way that the corporation is permitted to invest money under that Part, or > > > (b) if the corporation is not a GSF agency for the purposes of Part 6 of the [Government Sector Finance Act 2018](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2018-055)—in any way authorised for the time being for the investment of trust funds and in any other way approved by the Minister with the concurrence of the Treasurer. > > **s 27:** Subst 1992 No 9, Sch 1 (10); 2018 No 70, Sch 3.29.
