#### 93 Exclusion of personal liability 93 Exclusion of personal liability > > (1) In this section, protected person means any of the following— > > > > > (a) the Minister, > > > > > (b) a Commissioner, > > > > > (c) the chief executive officer of the Commission or any other member of staff of the Commission (including a steward), > > > > > (d) an inspector, > > > > > (e) a director of the Board, > > > > > (f) the chief executive officer of GRNSW or any other member of staff of GRNSW, > > > > > (g) an administrator appointed under section 22, > > > > > (h) a member of the Welfare Committee, > > > > > (i) a member of a committee established by the Commission, > > > > > (j) a person acting under the direction of any of the above persons. > > > (2) Anything done or omitted to be done by a protected person does not subject any protected person personally to any action, liability, claim or demand if the thing was done, or omitted to be done, in good faith for the purpose of exercising the functions of the protected person under this Act. > > > (3) However, any such liability attaches instead to the Crown (or, in the case of a person referred to in subsection (1) (e)–(g) or a person acting under the direction of any such person, to GRNSW).
