#### 67 Purposes for which powers under Part may be exercised 67 Purposes for which powers under Part may be exercised > > (1) Powers may be exercised under this Part for the following purposes— > > > > > (a) for determining whether there has been compliance with or a contravention of this Act, the regulations, the code of practice or the greyhound racing rules, > > > > > (b) for obtaining information or records for purposes connected with the administration of this Act, > > > > > (c) in connection with exercising the functions of an inspector under this Act, > > > > > (d) generally for administering this Act. > > > (2) Nothing in this Part affects any function under any other part of this Act or under any other Act.
