#### 31 Expenses and accounts 31 Expenses and accounts > > (1) GRNSW is liable for all expenses (including remuneration and allowances payable to the directors of the Board, the chief executive officer of GRNSW and the other staff of GRNSW) incurred by GRNSW in the exercise of its functions. > > > (2) GRNSW may establish such accounts as it thinks appropriate for the money received and expended by GRNSW.
