sec.22 GHG stream storage capacity report
This section applies if there is a GHG storage reservoir in the area of a GHG tenure. The holder of the GHG tenure must give the chief executive in the required way a report (a GHG stream storage capacity report ) about the storage capacity of the GHG storage reservoir for each 6-month period for the tenure. The report must be given to the chief executive within 40 business days after the end of the 6-month period. The report must contain the following information— the type and number of the GHG tenure; an identification of each GHG storage reservoir in which there is available capacity to store a GHG stream; the estimated volume of storage capacity in each GHG storage reservoir in the area of the tenure worked out on the first day and last day of the period; any other information stated in the relevant direction for the report. s 22 amd 2022 SL No. 112 s 68 (sec.22-ssec.1) This section applies if there is a GHG storage reservoir in the area of a GHG tenure.
