sec.98 Criteria for decisions
In deciding whether to grant the renewal or deciding the provisions of the renewed GHG permit the Minister must consider— the work program criteria; and whether the applicant continues to satisfy the capability criteria and any special criteria.
- (a) the work program criteria; and
