sec.8 Relationship with Geothermal Act and principal mining and petroleum Acts
The relationship between this Act and the following Acts is provided for under chapter 4 , parts 2 to 8 and— for the Geothermal Act — chapter 5 , parts 2 to 8 of that Act; for the Mineral Resources Act — chapter 9 of that Act; for the 1923 Act — section 40 (1A) and part 6FA of that Act; for the P&G Act — chapter 3A of that Act. s 8 amd 2012 No. 20 s 125 sch 1 ; 2012 No. 20 s 323 sch 3
- (a) for the Geothermal Act — chapter 5 , parts 2 to 8 of that Act;
- (b) for the Mineral Resources Act — chapter 9 of that Act;
