sec.74 Part usually required to be relinquished
This section applies for the relinquishment for— each relinquishment day for the GHG permit; and any other day mentioned in section 72 (1) (b) or (c) that applies to the GHG permit. The relinquishment must have the effect that by the day at least 8.33% of the original sub-blocks of the permit have been relinquished for each year that has passed since the GHG permit originally took effect. This section is subject to sections 76 and 77 . (sec.74-ssec.1) This section applies for the relinquishment for— each relinquishment day for the GHG permit; and any other day mentioned in section 72 (1) (b) or (c) that applies to the GHG permit. (sec.74-ssec.2) The relinquishment must have the effect that by the day at least 8.33% of the original sub-blocks of the permit have been relinquished for each year that has passed since the GHG permit originally took effect. (sec.74-ssec.3) This section is subject to sections 76 and 77 .
