sec.57 Referral to Water Act Minister
The Minister can not approve the proposed work program unless— the Minister has given the Water Act Minister a copy of the proposed work program; and the Water Act Minister has approved the proposed work program to the extent it relates to potential groundwater issues.
- (a) the Minister has given the Water Act Minister a copy of the proposed work program; and
- (b) the Water Act Minister has approved the proposed work program to the extent it relates to potential groundwater issues.
