sec.55 Criteria
In deciding whether to approve a proposed initial work program the Minister must consider— the potential of the proposed area of the GHG permit for GHG storage exploration; and the extent and nature of and when and where the tenderer proposes to carry out the proposed GHG storage exploration; and any relevant authorisation required under the Water Act . The matters mentioned in subsection (1) are the work program criteria . (sec.55-ssec.1) In deciding whether to approve a proposed initial work program the Minister must consider— the potential of the proposed area of the GHG permit for GHG storage exploration; and the extent and nature of and when and where the tenderer proposes to carry out the proposed GHG storage exploration; and any relevant authorisation required under the Water Act . (sec.55-ssec.2) The matters mentioned in subsection (1) are the work program criteria .
- (a) the potential of the proposed area of the GHG permit for GHG storage exploration; and
- (b) the extent and nature of and when and where the tenderer proposes to carry out the proposed GHG storage exploration; and
- (c) any relevant authorisation required under the Water Act .
