sec.476 Notice of transfer to Water Act regulator
If the chief executive is given a notice of transfer relating to the water supply bore under section 474, the chief executive must, within 30 business days of receiving the notice, give a copy of the notice to the Water Act regulator. A failure to comply with subsection (1) does not invalidate or otherwise affect the transfer to which the notice relates. s 476 ins 2025 No. 31 s 6 (sec.476-ssec.1) If the chief executive is given a notice of transfer relating to the water supply bore under section 474, the chief executive must, within 30 business days of receiving the notice, give a copy of the notice to the Water Act regulator.
