sec.468 Modification of responsibility for relevant GHG well after decommissioning
This section applies if a relevant GHG well is decommissioned from use under section 267(3), as modified by section 467(2), on or after the decommissioning day for the well. Despite section 269(1), section 269(3) and (4), as modified by section 456(4), applies in relation to the relevant GHG well. s 468 ins 2025 No. 31 s 6 (sec.468-ssec.1) This section applies if a relevant GHG well is decommissioned from use under section 267(3), as modified by section 467(2), on or after the decommissioning day for the well. (sec.468-ssec.2) Despite section 269(1), section 269(3) and (4), as modified by section 456(4), applies in relation to the relevant GHG well.
