sec.455 Reporting and record keeping requirements

The following continue to apply in relation to CTSCo as if EPQ10 were still in effect and CTSCo were still its holder— sections 253 and 257; a condition of EPQ10 requiring CTSCo to give a report or information about an authorised activity carried out under EPQ10. To remove any doubt, it is declared that sections 256, 258, 259 and 422 apply in relation to the ending of EPQ10 under section 454.
